Shipping Policy
1. Overview
Netskart ships across India via reputed third-party logistics partners. We aim to dispatch every in-stock prepaid order within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Eligible COD orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after written WhatsApp confirmation from the customer. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode.
This policy explains shipping charges, expected timelines, what carriers we use, and how to handle incorrect, transit-damaged, lost, or delayed shipments. It applies to all orders placed on netskart.com and our verified WhatsApp channel.
2. Where We Deliver
We deliver to over 27,000 pincodes across India, including all metro cities, tier-1 and tier-2 towns, and most rural pincodes serviced by our courier partners.
- Pincode serviceability is verified at checkout. If a pincode is non-serviceable, you will be notified before payment.
- Remote or restricted areas, including parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, North-East, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep, may have longer transit times of 8–14 business days, depending on courier serviceability.
- We do not ship outside India at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on payment method and order value.
- Prepaid orders: Free shipping
- COD orders below ₹999: ₹199 shipping charge
- COD orders ₹999 – ₹1,999: ₹149 shipping charge
- Orders ₹2,000 and above: Prepaid only, free shipping
Cash On Delivery (COD)
COD is available only on eligible standard products up to ₹1,999. COD orders are processed only after written confirmation from the customer on WhatsApp. Once confirmed, eligible COD orders are dispatched within the normal 1–2 business day dispatch timeline.
Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. For COD orders, a shipping charge of ₹199 applies below ₹999, and ₹149 applies from ₹999 to ₹1,999. Orders of ₹2,000 and above, custom-size orders, and made-to-order products are prepaid only.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Time
Standard Products In Stock
- Dispatch: prepaid in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Eligible COD orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after written WhatsApp confirmation from the customer.
- Metro delivery: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad: 3–5 business days
- Tier-1 & tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote & rural pincodes: 7–14 business days
"Business days" excludes Sundays and national holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM IST on a working day, or on Sunday or a public holiday, are processed the next business day.
5. Custom-Size Orders
- Custom-size nets are made to order as per the dimensions provided by you. Depending on the ordered size, net type, and available roll width, the finished net may include joints. Such joints are a normal part of custom net manufacturing and are finished carefully. Minor finishing or measurement variation may occur due to cutting, stitching, folding, and packing processes.
- Production time: Custom-size orders are usually prepared within 24–48 hours after order and payment confirmation.
- Total delivery time: Custom-size orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days from order and payment confirmation, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
- Custom-size cancellation and returns: Once a custom-size order is cut or put into production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. However, if there is a major size issue in the product delivered due to an error from our side, the order may be eligible for replacement or return after review. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
6. Carriers We Use
- We work with established Indian logistics partners. Your specific carrier is chosen automatically based on the destination pincode, package size, and service level.
- We may use logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shree Maruti Courier, India Post, or other suitable courier partners.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS & email with the carrier name and Air Waybill (AWB) number
- A WhatsApp message with a one-tap tracking link
- Real-time tracking on our website at netskart.com/track
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of placing an order, please contact us at contact@netskart.com or WhatsApp +91 97842 55559.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and phone number before confirming an order. Netskart is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unreachable phone numbers at the time of delivery
- Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, typically 3 attempts
If a package is returned to us due to any of the above, we will contact you. You may choose to have it reshipped after paying applicable re-shipping charges, or a refund may be initiated after deducting necessary shipping, handling, and return-to-origin charges.
For custom-size or made-to-order products, reshipment may be offered after applicable charges are paid, and refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case after necessary deductions.
9. Incorrect Or Transit-Damaged Delivery
Important
Inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please record a clear unboxing video before opening and refuse delivery if the contents are visibly compromised.
For any incorrect product, missing item, or package/product that appears damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging and the product received
- A short unboxing video, if available
Email these to contact@netskart.com or send them via WhatsApp. After review, we may arrange a replacement, correction, or other suitable resolution as per the case.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, transit times depend on the carrier's network. While we monitor every shipment and proactively follow up on delays, Netskart cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
- Weather disruptions, floods, or natural disasters
- Strikes, civil unrest, curfews, or government-imposed restrictions
- Pandemic-related lockdowns or service suspensions
- Carrier-side delays beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will keep you informed about the shipment status where possible.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Netskart will review the case and may arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
