Reach Netting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates the website netskart.com and the ProNet® brand of netting products under the name Netskart ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit our website, place an order, or interact with us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and only for the purposes described here. This policy is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
2. Data We Collect
Information You Give Us Directly
- Account & contact details: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed)
- Shipping & billing details: postal address, pincode, GSTIN (if you are a business)
- Order details: products ordered, custom sizes specified, order history
- Communication content: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form
Information Collected Automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URL

Information From Payment Processors
When you pay, your card or UPI details are entered directly with our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers. We only receive a transaction reference and the success / failure status.

Our Commitment
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
We share limited data with the following categories of trusted partners only as needed to operate the business:
- Logistics partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Shree Maruti, India Post — your name, address, phone number, order weight
- Payment gateways: Razorpay / Cashfree / similar — transaction data only; they handle card and UPI data under PCI-DSS standards
- Communication providers: WhatsApp Business API, transactional SMS & email providers — to send order confirmations and updates
- Analytics, hosting, and advertising tools: Google Analytics, Vercel hosting, Meta Pixel, Google, Meta, or similar platforms — website usage, interaction, performance, and remarketing data as applicable
- Government authorities: only when legally compelled, such as by court order, tax assessment, or written request from a lawfully authorised authority
All partners are contractually bound to keep your data secure and use it only for the specific purpose for which it was shared.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to function, including login session, cart contents, and checkout. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies and similar technologies: help us understand how visitors use the site, measure performance, improve the website, and analyse customer behaviour.

7. Data Retention
- Order & invoice data: retained for 8 years as required under the Income Tax Act and CGST Act
- Account details: retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; see Section 9.
- Support communications: retained for up to 3 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution
- Marketing preferences: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
8. Security Measures
We take reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Passwords stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text
- Restricted, role-based access for staff and contractors
- Regular software updates and security patches
- Use of PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways for all financial transactions
No internet-based system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act.
9. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right to access: request a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Right to grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer; see Section 12.
- Right to nominate: nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of incapacity or death
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for any consent-based processing at any time

10. Children's Privacy
Our website and products are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before they take effect.
